Complete internal code renaming from FocusTask to Immerse types
- Renamed FocusTask → ImmerseTask
- Renamed FocusTaskSettings → ImmerseSettings
- Renamed FocusTaskData → ImmerseData
- Updated CSS classes: focus-task-status-* → immerse-status-*
- Updated package release script zip filename
- Updated remaining README references
- Rebuilt main.js with new type names
